In this course, you will learn how to build, lead, and develop teams that successfully achieve workplace goals and objectives as an ACTIVE© Leader. The course focuses on helping you understand different types of teams, what teams need to work together effectively, and how trust drives high performance. You will learn how to manage teams to achieve results, improve team effectiveness, and apply the right management techniques based on team dynamics and development stages.

The course is designed to help you strengthen your leadership capability whether you are currently managing a team and want to improve performance or preparing to move into a leadership or management role.

Who is This Course For?

This 1.5-day instructor-led course is ideal for team leaders, supervisors, junior and middle managers, project coordinators, and individuals preparing to move into leadership roles who need to build effective, high-performing teams.
