Communicating effectively within and outside an organisation is a critical capability for success as an ACTIVE© Leader. This programme equips learners with essential workplace communication skills required to collaborate productively with teams, support organisational objectives, and represent their organisation professionally.
Aligned to SAQA Unit Standard 12433, the programme focuses on practical, real-world communication techniques, enabling learners to lead discussions, chair meetings, structure and present business reports, and deliver presentations with clarity and impact.
Successful completion earns 8 SAQA Credits at NQF Level 5. The course is Services SETA-accredited.
A minimum of 8 participants is required to form a cohort for this training.
