This programme equips managers and leaders with the knowledge, tools, and practical skills to leverage individual and team strengths to enhance trust, productivity, and engagement. By focusing on strengths first, even before building a team, participants learn to align team goals with business objectives and lead authentically using their own and their team’s unique strengths.
Playing to strengths increases team trust, productivity, and engagement. Team strengths should be your focus as an ACTIVE© Leader even before building the team especially if you use team goals to target business objectives. What’s more, leveraging your own strengths and those of your team makes you a better, more authentic, and effective leader.
Who is this course for?
This programme is designed for managers, team leaders, and emerging leaders who want to:
- Build high-performing, engaged teams by focusing on strengths.
- Align team strengths and goals with organisational objectives.
- Lead authentically and enhance their personal leadership impact.
Participants can enrol individually or as a group (minimum of 6 participants for group bookings). Pricing is per person and may vary depending on the participant’s role.
