Course Overview
This 5-day course takes the ACTIVE© Leadership model into the realm of coaching. Designed for leaders who want to move beyond managing tasks and start developing people, this module introduces practical coaching tools, neuroscience-backed techniques, and ICF-aligned principles to help you lead with clarity, connection, and performance.
Whether you're a new or experienced leader, you’ll learn how to coach individuals and teams to unlock their potential and sustain long-term impact. You'll develop the skills to guide one-to-one conversations, offer meaningful feedback, and embed a coaching culture into everyday leadership.
Module 4 can be taken independently or as part of the full 4-module ACTIVE© Leadership Programme.
Minimum of 8 participants per cohort.
