Course Overview

This practical, strategy-focused 5-day module builds your capacity to lead high-performing teams using the ACTIVE© Leadership framework. Grounded in neuroscience and emotional intelligence, this course empowers leaders to drive clarity, innovation, and accountability within their teams. Participants will explore how to lead with purpose, handle conflict constructively, and embed values of trust, innovation, and vision into the team culture.

Module 3 can be taken independently or as part of the full 4-module ACTIVE© Leadership Programme.
