• Job descriptions and KPA, KPI – the lessons for planning coaching goals
• The why for managers to coach in organisations
• Planning the coaching process in my organisation’s context
• Key coaching skills and practice: active listening, effective questioning, curiosity
• Preparing to coach with the GROW model: set an own goal for coaching practice

DAY 2

• The ACTIVE© coaching manager: Leaning on my strengths and EQ to coach
• More coaching practice
• Lessons for coaching: how people learn and creating a trusting and safe space
• The coaching path of any coaching conversation – in informal and formal coaching scenarios
• Coaching in action with the GROW model
• Measuring and monitoring impact of coaching
