You’ll learn how to activate your Top 5 CliftonStrengths to move from individual contribution to confident, consistent leadership. The focus is on team management, performance conversations, and developing your ability to create high-performing, strengths-based teams.
Module 2 can be taken independently or as part of the full 4-module ACTIVE© Leadership Programme.
