Course Overview

In this course, you will deepen your understanding of the ACTIVE© Leadership model by applying it in a coaching context. Whether you’re an emerging manager or an experienced leader, this module will equip you with the coaching tools, mindset, and practices needed to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and connection. You'll explore how to coach for growth, performance, and sustainable change — both in one-on-one conversations and in day-to-day management practices.

This course is highly practical and designed to help you develop as a manager-coach, someone who leads by developing others. You’ll work with tools grounded in neuroscience, ICF-aligned coaching principles, and strengths-based leadership to unlock both your own and your team’s potential.

Who is This Course For?

This course is for current and aspiring leaders who want to strengthen their ability to coach and develop others while achieving strong business results. It’s especially valuable for those in people management, team leadership, HR, or L&D roles who are ready to move from managing tasks to developing talent.
