In this course, you will delve into the core principles of ACTIVE© Leadership and learn to harness your Top 5 CliftonStrengths to excel in managing people. The course is designed to help you transition to a leader mindset whether in an existing manager role and wanting to brush up on leadership to become a more effective manager or preparing to move into managerial roles.

Who is This Course For?

This 5-day course is ideal for aspiring or current leaders looking to transition from individual contributor roles to managerial positions, build a strong leadership reputation, and foster inclusive, ethical environments.
