The Levels of ACTIVE© Leadership is a progressive and practical leadership development journey tailored to meet leaders exactly where they are. Whether you're a first-time manager or a senior leader refining your coaching capabilities, this program helps you grow with intention, impact, and strength-based strategy.
Grounded in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and values-based leadership, this training equips managers with the self-awareness, tools, and skills to drive performance and build inspired, high-functioning teams.
A minimum of 8 people is required to run one cohort.
