Course Overview

Completion of Module 4 of ACTIVE© Leadership is a pre-requisite before enrolling in this programme.

In this intensive 2-day course, you will deepen your coaching presence and lean into your unique strengths to refine your coaching skills for real impact. Through guided practice, feedback, and reflection, you’ll develop the tools and confidence to coach individuals and teams effectively supporting performance, growth, and resilience.

Whether you are an experienced leader or transitioning into a people-development role, this course will help you unlock your full potential as a coach.

A minimum of 8 participants is required to run one cohort of this programme.

Programme Overview

This is an intensive 2-day course designed to build on the foundation of Module 4 of ACTIVE© Leadership (a pre-requisite for enrolment). Through guided practice, feedback, and reflection, you will refine your coaching skills and develop practical tools to support performance, growth, and adaptability in dynamic workplace environments.
