• 8 facilitator-led training days (45 hours)
• 2 practice group workshops (14 hours)
• 2 individual supervision and feedback sessions (2.5–3 hours)
• Assigned coaching practice (3 hours)

Asynchronous Learning (60 Hours)

• Self-study after training days (35 hours)
• Practical coaching activities (10 hours)
• Portfolio submission for certification (15 hours)

Participants engage in real-world coaching scenarios to apply their learning and receive structured feedback to accelerate their development.
