Original T-Bag Designs in Hout Bay, Cape Town need your old tea bags to help meet the demand for their tea bag angels this Christmas. Original T-Bag Design use dried tea bags to make handcrafted gifts. In the case of the Christmas Angels, the dried tea bags are emptied of their tea leaves, ironed and made into angel decorations - a simple idea that goes a long way to creating jobs and help uplift the standard of living of people in Imizamo Yethu, Hout Bay. So the next time you have a cuppa, please remember to save, dry, empty and send it to Original T-Bag Designs, Unit 4, Kronendal Business Park, Main Road, Hout Bay, Cape Town, 7806. Alternatively, you may like to donate a box of tea bags, available from your local supermarket for around R20, as we have done and Original T-Bag Designs will soak, dry and empty them themselves and turn them into angels. |
