Stock Pricing, Special Offers & Delivery

Stock of all goods on special offer are limited. Peas in a Pod shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Peas in a Pod shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices.

As erroneous or outdated prices may be displayed on our website from time to time, you agree that we will not be obligated to sell a product at such an erroneous price.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email. Orders will be dispatched by courier and/or postal services, as indicated by the client, who will be responsible for the associated costs, if applicable. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for any late deliveries.

Product Availability

All orders will be executed within the time frame stipulated by Peas in a Pod. Peas in a Pod will however notify you should any product be unavailable for any reason. You accept that the display of products is not necessarily a guarantee that a product is available. Although every effort will be made to source the requested product, we cannot guarantee the availability of any product.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Peas in a Pod is subject to availability. Only orders issued by courier will be insured. In cases of unavailability, Peas in a Pod will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 6% administration fee. If goods are delivered to the client in damaged condition, Peas in a Pod will replace them at no charge to the client.

Customer privacy policy

Peas in a Pod shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard or Diners credit cards or by bank transfer into the Standard bank account, the details of which will be provided on request

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Peas in a Pod via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Peas in a Pod separately from card details, which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Peas in a Pod takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods
