Antenatal classes

This eight week course is designed to introduce expectant couples to the realities of giving birth and becoming parents. Each class will last approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes per session weekly.

The aim is to provide a forum to address your questions surrounding pregnancy, labour , birth and early parenting.

Together we will workshop information and clarify for you the journey that lies ahead. Hopefully this will enable you and your partner to make decisions regarding your birth and help you glide smoothly into your next role in life – parenthood
